"I ran 9 miles on Sunday and I was very sore and tight when I got there. Connie Lee was wonderful. She was very professional, quiet (I like that) and her hands were deliberate and moved with purpose.
From the softest of sheets, to the warmth of the room and the blankets, the lighting and scent of the room, and from the soft meditative music, I was very comfortable from the onset. She put hot towels around my feet before she massaged my legs and feet and that was something I had not experienced before, and it was WONDERFUL. When I walked out of A Mo-ments Peace, I was totally relaxed and I have not been sore or tight since then...she took it away like magic! All in all, it was a fabulous expe-rience and I will recommend it to all my running buddies. In fact, I’m planning to schedule another massage, along with my husband, for after the Music City Marathon; that will be my reward."

"I am very particular with my hair and only trust a couple of people in Franklin with it. Barbara Banko identified the fall of my hair from the start including the ominous “cow-lick” that has plagued the back of my head since birth. She was wonderful to speak with as she cut away. Barbara also gives a great forearm massage as part of the shampooing process. This was unexpected, but very welcome as my arms take a lot of abuse. So, guys, don’t be afraid to have your hair cut at a salon as opposed to a barber. I guarantee that you will love the experience!"
